The exhaust manifold gasket arrived for the RallyMetro today. It’s unseasonably warm today, making tonight a perfect night for wrenching after the kids go to bed. Do I wrench? Or do I watch The Grand Tour?

Tomorrow is gonna be 63. Watch tonight and wrench tomorrow.

I’m holding off on swapping my winters until tomorrow, although that’s also because there’s a Midwest 86 meet in Schaumburg tonight.

The temperature is supposed to plummet after sunset tomorrow. Not that wrenching in a garage when it’s 45 is bad by any means, but it’s SO nice tonight.

It’s sooooo nice (at least here in the south Chesapeake) and kids get in the way of wrenching. Car stuff first, then tv.

I ended up doing both. I spent an hour in the garage bolting the manifold back on. Then cleaned up and fired up the TV. Twas a good evening!

Your welcome to come over to swap them. I’m guessing you don’t have your own garage where you live. My air compressor is borked though, so I’ve been reduced to hand tools like a peasant!

I really should fix the compressor already. I already bought the part.
